  Extremely horrible experience. If I had only READ THE terrible REVIEWS, I could have saved a brand new CUSTOM rim and $115...
  
  I took my BRAND NEW custom rims *mint condition* into Mr. Lube (Laval Dr.) for a simple summer tire install, and ended up regretting it immediately after the job was done. NOT ONLY did they absolutely destroy the boxes they came in (including rim covers - that were graciously thrown out) [see pictures] - they also must of dropped one box in the process, resulting in a completely noticeable dent in one of the rims. When the job was completed, I was told that one of the tires was giving them trouble with balancing, so they stuck many (layers) of tire weights onto that rim and told me that the car should be balanced... It looked absolutely horrible on custom rims. So after noticing the dent and bringing the front desk CSR out to take a look, he told me that it couldn't of been them. I said; Mate, these rims were in mint condition. So I told him, I need the boxes back, AND OF course they absolutely shredded them WITHOUT even asking me if I would like to keep the boxes and rim protectors. So I took the best looking box [see picture]...IT DOESN'T end here. I then drove off in anger ONLY to quickly realize that the car WAS COMPLETELY OFF BALANCE. My steering wheel was shaking! So I immediately turned back to inform them that the balancing was off, and by this time its was 6PM (on a Saturday [April 7th, 2018]) AKA they where closed. BUT the CSR who helped me was sitting in the car next to me and decided to drive away EVEN after I waved him down... I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP for re-balancing, AND order a new rim.
